I am a Registered Reflexology Practitioner (RRPr) and a recent graduate of the School of Complementary Therapies in Ottawa. My background includes Applied Kinesiology, having graduated from the Swedish School of Kinesiology in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Finance) from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I also have experience as an NCAA swimmer, where I developed a deep appreciation for hard work, dedication, and the struggles that come with pushing the body to its limits.

My journey into reflexology stems from a passion for holistic healing and personal experiences with health challenges. Through my practice, I have helped clients find relief from chronic pain, headaches, stress, sleep issues, neuropathy, and sciatica, improving their overall well-being.

I am currently exploring yoga as a way to further develop my spiritual life and deepen my understanding of mind-body balance. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where each session is tailored to your unique needs. I am married with two children, which further fuels my commitment to health, well-being, and balance in life.
